A blue moon occasion
Most of the time freelance journalists have to chase their stories, ferreting them out of their contacts or trying to find promising leads on the newswires. It’s not easy, believe me, especially when you don’t have the reputation and reach of a big paper behind you.
And then come long hours pitching pieces to editors…
But once in a blue moon a story is brought to you by someone you know and trust. And today, that would seem to be very much on the cards!
I'm a freelance journalist from London, just starting out in the industry. I specialize in science and technology journalism.
